Excellent overall workout combining cardio and lifting. Combination of routine and variety within that routine for each workout. Ability to challenge oneself within the structure of the workout.
Vbody is a great place to come workout in the Hyde Park area ! Randy, the owner , is always there and he is super attentive to his clientele’s needs , wants , and goals. The environment is clean , friendly , and not intimidating at all. The group classes are intense but fun , and they offer yoga and personal training sessions as well. If you are looking for a great gym and an awesome gym family , I would highly recommend giving VBody Power fitness a shot !
IF and only IF you want to sweat, be physically challenged, enjoy a few laughs with a group of people who are serious about a healthy/fit lifestyle, VBody is the place, with Randy and Anna the motivation is the push to be better than your last session not competition with others. But 1st make sure YOUR MIND is right because the accountability, workouts and meal plans are no JOKE!!
