My husbands appointment was at 10am however we got turned around due to a malfunction with our GPS and certain streets being cut off downtown. Due to this we were late by maybe 10 minutes and my husband definitely called to Inform the staff he would be late. Upon arrival we walk in to 3 gentleman waiting for us. 2 of them took my husband into the room while one stayed at the front desk. When we walked in the one that works the desk we could visibly see his irritation especially when I said “hello” walking in and he just asks my husband if he’s taking the meds for the procedure. He only spoke to me to ask if i needed parking validation. Another guy walks in and he gets “Hey how are you today” but i guess since he was early he gets a different attitude. I understand being late is definitely not something appreciated in certain lines of work because of deadlines and appointments and generally we would not be late but the treatment from this employee is not acceptable on any level. From the sounds of things the Dr’s doing the actual procedure on my husband sounded as though they were very nice and reassuring. My husband walked out with no complaints. So if you’re running behind because of things beyond your control I am letting you know that you will receive the cold shoulder but if you’re on time you should be good.
