It's simple. Jan is the greatest plumber on the planet. He is not only the consummate professional but explains everything that he sees and proposes before the work is done. And the work will get done - Jan will execute and take care of your issues, almost over the top. Our home is over 100 years old and had massive root issues in the sewer line. After wasting money on a number of incompetent companies I finally found someone who cared.

George installed a toilet for me and instead of cutting old piping that could have entirely cracked it, he was able to come up with a makeshift solution for us to avoid an entire overhaul.
