Listen a retail store gets busy at times and if you ain’t patient then that’s personal but I enjoyed working with BiBi on my lip care journey ages been incredible and noticeably knowledgeable on her stuff. I trust this is one of my favorite Ulta Beauty locations just based off the home like atmosphere here

First time coming here and Jimena helped so much I’m not really good with makeup and she helped me step by step really easy she has good customer service I will be coming back to this store very happy.

Went to ulta for a last minute vacation prep, and Nora was so above and beyond with helping finding my foundation shade and last minute goodies :), i would recommend her to anyone for excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back to visit and the ulta team everyone was so loving.
