I walked into this facility at 5:20 pm and watched everyone before and after me leave before I did. I sat in a room waiting for the nurse to return with paperwork for more than 40 minutes. It wasn't until I opened the door that someone asked my last name. They simply forgot that I was there. The staff is unprofessional and they lack urgency. They seem more annoyed with their patients than compassionate. I was the last patient to leave the facility and was refused a phone number by the staff to report them.
Wow. Never been to an urgent care where they could not draw blood. Not too long of a wait but could not do anything without a blood draw. So wasted an hour and $$ here. IMO if it’s not urgent, this is the place.
I was on medical leave thru my job,and it was time for me to return to work, but I needed my fmla forms filled out. Unfortunately UIC/Urgent care doesn't feel out return to work forms. I spoke to the head nurse, she said their doctors won't sign my paperwork to return to work. Frustrating set in, and a young Lady by the name of Britney, came over to speak to me.
