Visited the Family Medicine Center recently for vaccinations. Nurse Keisha Williams is fantastic, has great manners and answered all my questions despite being understaffed that day. Thank you for your help and kindness!

REMEMBER COVID??? WELL NOW THEY ARE WORRIED ABOUT MIGRANT MEASELES. STRANGELY A MIGRANT CAMP IS ON HALSTED AND CERMAK. STAFF IS QUICK REGISTERING YOU IN. DOCTORS ARE WELL TRAINED. PARKING LOT ACROSS STREET CHARGES 3 DOLLARS TO PARK. OVER ALL AN OK PLACE TO BE ILL. IF YOU HAVE GOOD INSURANCE THE DOCTORS LOVE ODERING LOTS OF BLOOD AND URINE TEST.?

The doctor bluntly told my 12 year old she was overweight- you don’t say this to 12 year old girls. She has an excellent vegetarian diet and gets a lot of exercise, he had no suggestions for improvement, so… maybe she is the weight she is supposed to be and I’d prefer her this way than with an eating disorder? Another doctor did bloodwork on my 15 year old and 6 weeks later I have no results, despite having called and requested them after a month. Oh, and the phlebotomist? Insane- grunts rudely. To my daughter “Why are you standing there?” When she hadn’t directed her to a chair. We will be moving on to an office where we are treated with a little more care.
