I came to this location because I filed a claim through Asurion from my phone provider. I was slightly frustrated about the claim process from Asurion, as it has changed multiple times and has not been as easy as it was in the past, but coming to this location took all of my frustration away.Within an hour from filing, a technician from uBreakiFix River North called me to find out exactly what was wrong with my phone and when I was planning on coming in to drop it off. He was extremely friendly and assured me that it would be a quick fix. Forget the OLD make avisit to the new ownership/management by Daniel and staff effective June 1, 2023.Located a few blocks east of Chicago Avenue and would blocks west of the Whole Foods Mega Store @ One Chicago Avenue, you will find a tech boutique that listens, knows how to diagnose, fix and advise you on repairs from a cracked screen to colorful cel cel pone case covers and tech accessories, with an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service.It is such a delight to enter a relaxing spacethat wants to keep your electronic devices working perfectly.y,

Only place in the chicagoland area that had my parts in stock including other u break I fix locations and to top it off had the phone ready in less than a hour with no appointment. I'm definitely coming back here next time I need a phone fixed
