    Thank you, Rachel, for answering my question about yoga. It is not just about physical fitness--you stressed it is a practiced discipline that includes the integration of the body, spirit, and mental activity. As you stressed, yamas are the moral guidelines of yoga. The yamas represent a series of "right living" or ethical rules within Yoga philosophy.     I'm coming up on the end of my 2 week intro pass. I've had such a lovely time coming to Tula's different yoga classes. Amazing instructors! They have all kind of tools for you to use to relax & feel comfortable during class - my favorite is the warm eye pillow for the end of the class shavasana. I plan on coming back again to extend my membership.

    First off, this looks like an awesome yoga studio offering FREE mats and snacks after class. The entitled a**hats who gave them four stars because they are “cute” and maybe in their view over accommodating are likely “off” judgement-wise imo.
