Tropical Optical

I grew up going to Tropical Optical on 47th & Kedzie never have I had an issue with a prescription until being seen here. The last doctor who was very kind (now passed) had gave me the wrong prescription had to go back and he fixed it. There is now a new doctor. Since she has gave me my new prescription it seems off. I have had a very big increased in floaters just in one eye. I am one week away from seeing another doctor and I can't wait, in hopes that I may be able to get this corrected. Also, pease don't get me started on the Tropical optical on 26th st. At least the Ladies at this location are kind and know how to treat other human beings. When I visit Tropical Optical on 9137 S Commercial it was a great experience the front desk was so Professional they fix the problem with my glasses right away so good to be somewhere where they really care thank you Tropical Optical Appreciate U!!!!

I have been to the Optical for my daughter's contacts and Glasses, my son, and for myself. Susan, and Gloria have always been very helpful at helping me choose frames for all 3 of us. I often end up choosing the ones they are wearing. I always leave a satisfied customer! Way to go ladies. I will continue to do business, and send my coworkers to your place.
