Very happy with their service. Place looks old and could use some fixing up but they do an incredible job with garments. They even repaired a garment that I had no idea was falling apart until they showed me. Have used them for alterations and it was perfect. It did take longer than was anticipated but I wasn't in any rush either. This place is very friendly and outgoing. I love dropping off my items. Close to home and reasonable prices. Extremely happy with Trim N Tidy Cleaners!

Well I am never going here again. My suit was supposed to be ready by 5pm Saturday (today is Monday). I show up and there is one employee there, in the back cleaning. I rang the bell on 4 separate occasions, nothing. I called out to the man in the back, nothing. I then used my phone to call the cleaners which finally got him to acknowledge I was there. I ask for my suit and wait another 5 minutes for him to prepare it (should have been prepared by 5pm sat). I then pay for the service, and sign the receipt. The man then starts demanding that I sign a random notebook as well. I couldn't understand why, and this is when he snatched my suit from me. AFTER I PAID. so I go back to my car to get my ticket so I can get the suit that was just paid for and stolen back from me. The owner proceeds to tell me to fuck off and call me crazy. Incredible customer service, wow.

I got my wedding dress dry cleaned here and some how she lost one bra pad.. She tried to claim that I brought the dress in with only one bra pad. I am honestly confused on how she could have lost it when the bra pads are sowed into the dress! She also wanted to charge me $180 for the dress. She finally took $20 off and at that point I just wanted to leave so I paid but shouldn’t have! She ruined my wedding dress!!!
