Tile Room

Please be careful when using this company. I used them for a significant renovation of my room and had problem after problem. There were errors on the estimate, the delivery to the store was 3 days late and they wouldn't expedite delivery to my home, part of the order was missing, and I received only one of the 10 samples I ordered. My phone calls and emails were often not returned in a timely manner while I was trying to follow up. Their remedy was to allow me to return product from the order that we didn't need, stating that it was an exception, when the return policy clearly states returns are accepted within 45 days. They said they would refund my freight shipping charges as an accommodation for the issues, then pulled that back two days later. In trying to resolve the issue, the manager told me that the tile manufacturers don't care about customers, nor does the overall management of the Studio 41 business. When there are so many choices of tile vendors in Chicago, it just doesn't make sense to work with one that does not value customer service.
