Great business. Straight forward, never seemed like they were trying to make more money with random problems. Had issues with parts being delivered but Adolfo was very communicative. Thanks for all your help. Will definitely use them again for services.
My furnace was making a strange sound. I called the recommended company on my furnace (Four Seasons). They were robotic, fast talking and concerned about how I was going to pay. I was leary, however, I scheduled. I went to view their ratings and was quick to cancel. The majority of their ratings are "1"! They asked me why was I canceling and I told them, it was their ratings. She hung up. I should have called Thermal Electric as I did with a previous home I had. He came right out, professional, spotted the issue and I was not only relieved that everything is working, the price was much lower than I expected. I'd give more stars if it was offered. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend Thermal Electric.
