I was recently faced with an impossible decision and the staff at the Ryan Center was warm, nurturing and friendly and helped me make the very difficult decision of having an abortion something that I could live with. The procedure went very smoothly and the doctors are very warm and kind. They were very good at explaining options and what to expect. They were even thorough in explaining options for contraception for after the procedure. The staff is very well trained and very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a Planned Parenthood alternative, this is a great one. It's located in the privacy and security of a clinic at the University of Chicago campus and there were no protesters or anything else out of the ordinary. It was all very professional and efficient.
