Without overstating, it is truly hard to find words to describe how good Reuben's work is. It is a pleasure to find a craftsman who is a perfectionist. His methods and tools are well chosen - he enjoys demonstrating exactly what he is doing. He was observant and found problems (I have two cats who like to mark their respective territories) that I didn't even know were there, and did even more than I asked him to originally. I moved into a new apartment which allowed pets but SOME... THING Left a terrible smell! Rueben, the owner, could not be more professional and thankfully got the job done right and quick. I can finally bring friends and family over and rest easy. Thanks Rueben!!!
