I needed new locks put in so I tried the Projects Tab on Yelp, entered my info, and waited for a response. I saw that four locksmiths received my request and The Professional Locksmith was the first to respond to my inquiry. They asked a few questions, provided an estimate, and when I asked if they could come today, they sent someone on the way with an eta of 45 minutes. Normally I would be wary of just committing to a business, but they had the Yelp Guarantee Badge (Yelp guarantees your project up to $2500), good reviews, and I liked that they were quick to respond. He was efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with his work.

This team is professional, communicative and experienced. We were unexpectedly locked out and the technician, Joe S, was at our house within 40 minutes. He took the time to explain to me each of the locks we have for us to decide which one would be best to break open. I had a toddler that was cranky from a 3 hour car ride and just wanted to go inside and a dog who also really needed some water! Joe was quick, thorough and an expert. I appreciated the dispatch team keeping me in the loop until his arrival as well. Thank you, I’d highly recommend this team if you find yourself in an unexpected situation.
