I highly recommend Thomas for the help he gave me in selling my condo. I seldom write reviews but felt the need to do so because of his expertise and responsiveness to any questions I had. I presented him with a contract for the sale of my condo to which he responded, we can do this but I think you're leaving money on the table. Through his connections and advice, I sold for 60K more than the original contract I presented to him!!! Elizabeth in his office was extremely helpful with the closing

Thomas and his staff were great to work with! I almost never write reviews but felt the need to write this as his advice helped me sell my property for 60k more than I had on the original contract I first presented to him!!! The advice was, we can do this but I think you're leaving money on the table. He always answered my questions and returned my calls professionally and promptly. I worked with Elizabeth on his staff who was outstanding for my closing.
