Went there earlier thinking I knew what I needed , got help from an associate and came out with better stuff, it worked!! Thank you, prices were great and most importantly they were knowledgeable. Need to go back for some of that viper aerosol. First time doing my own exterminating too.

I placed da order late Friday Oct. 4th.,or early Saturday Oct. 5th. 2024. UPS delivered 📦 🚚 Tuesday Oct. 8th. 2024. I live n Dekalb,Il. around 80 miles west of Chicago,Il.. I wasn’t expecting dis til Thursday or Friday. Can’t wait 2 use these products,got some ROACHES 🪳 2 get rid of. May need U 2 BAIL me out of JAIL 4 HOMICIDE OF ROACHES 🪳. LOL 😂!!!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they care. I walked away feeling secure that I was given the best products. While there I overheard a staff member make a small error with a transaction. Even after she apologized and the error was corrected she still felt bad after the customer had left with their purchase. This wasn't fake, it was genuine concern and respect for her job and the customer. I really like that. We need more people like the staff at The Bug Stop in customer service everywhere. They have made a lifetime customer out of me.
