I had a great experience with Terry's Service. I received a quick response after my first call and was able to schedule an appointment for that very week. We tried an inexpensive solution to fix my washing machine which I appreciated. That didn't work, so Colin returned with a part that was not overly expensive. That was over a month ago and my washing machine is working perfectly. I'm so happy that I didn't have to buy a new one and am very satisfied with the excellent service.
