I called Colin the day after a holiday. He promptly returned my call and setup a visit early the following week. He quickly identified the issue with our oven. He was able to get the part same day and have the oven fixed later in the day. Friendly and knowledge. Will easily utilize him again.
Colin came out and replaced 2 igniters and 2 burner tubes in my Viking stove. Pleasant, efficient, cleaned up after himself and even vacuumed up old crumbs in the area he was woking in as well as the floor beneath the stove.
I called him because he had repaired the other oven and my washer in the past. I’m so happy to have such a reliable & honest person work in Beverly.
