“I had the most incredible experience at this benefit brow bar location on Armitage. I have been going to benefit in New York City for years and never have I felt as welcomed as I did today in Chicago. The aestheticians were not only incredibly welcoming and friendly, but they were also extremely personable, relatable, professional and yet still down to earth. It’s the kind of place where you never want to leave. You will genuinely want to grab a coffee and stay all day just listening to these girls. They didn’t feel like coworkers, more like old friends and they embraced me as one of their own as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Lulu today. Not only was she incredibly sweet, she is clearly an expert in her field. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and she not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I had a brow lamination, tint, and threading. When she showed me the results after she finished, I was speechless. The work that she had done on my brows could be considered that of an artist. My brows still look very natural, yet transformative. I couldn’t believe these were my eyebrows!

I’m thrilled with the results and counting the days until I get to go back. I may have to go back just to pop in and say hello. I was fortunate enough to be assigned Lulu; however, you would be in good hands with Virginia a.k.a. Ginny or any of the aestheticians!

Evy, the esthetician, provided exceptional service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite feeling quite apprehensive initially due to the intimate nature of Brazilian waxes, I strongly considered cancelling. However, I am extremely relieved that I followed through with my appointment. The entire process lasted a mere 20 minutes, during which time seemed to simply fly by. Evy demonstrated a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness while executing the procedure flawlessly. Although I do not frequently opt for waxing services, I have made up my mind to exclusively visit this establishment for any future appointments.“

“We hosted my daughter’s 6th birthday here and it was perfect! The staff and owner were so accommodating for all 12(!!!!) guests. “Great space and great massage! But I wouldn't recommend coming here if you haven't had a massage before. I used to be a massage therapist and was still confused as to what they wanted. They never ask you any questions just open a door let you in and then close it. I was confused so opened the door and she says take it off. Ok now I know she won't be walking back in for a min and get ready and under the sheets. During the massage I felt comfortable and she gave me a quality professional massage. They have lots of other services and apparently a sauna which a tour would have been nice. Can't beat the price and quality so I will be back and perhaps try and ask more questions about the space.“
