I picked this dry cleaners due to their great reviews, unfortunately I had awful experience with the company. I needed my white winter jacket dry cleaned and a new zipper. The staff gave me a receipt with a date and time to pick up my jacket. When I arrived to pick up my jacket, they did not have it in the store. The staff told me they did not know when it would be ready and that it is a different location being fixed. I explained that I was frustrated because it’s my only winter jacket and I had paid money to take an uber to come pick the jacket up. I brought in a shirt to get cleaned with some stains, and granted most cleaners won't guarantee to take out a stain and will charge you the regular price for cleaning a shirt, they had the audacity to charge me $6 without removing any of the stains. When I asked him why it was so much, he gave me attitude, saying they never guaranteed it would come out. I will not be back.

Two thumbs up here. They are fantastic and reasonably priced for dry cleaning. They do wonderful alterations work too. I've used them multiple times for different alterations jobs and the owner really does stellar work! I highly recommend this place!
