I had an appointment Friday (18th) for a dip manicure and a spa pedicure. By Sunday one nail had chipped. I call Monday to see if they will fix it. I explain over the phone and they tell me to come in at 6:30. I do which is crazy out of my way on a Monday afternoon. I get there to be told oh we can’t help you today, the dip tech isn’t here today. And I’m laughed at. But I called and made an appointment I plead and instead they flip to basically make fun of me that it’s already chipped. Never ever again. By Tuesday, another mail has chipped. Paid for dazzle dry which normally lasts over two weeks on me, manicure was done on Monday 3pm and polish chipped by Thursday. I stoped by on Saturday and asked for it to be redone, the gal just painted over the old coat all bubbly, grainy and sloppy while lecturing me..I thanked Michelle and left, won't be back. they could have fixed it and repair the relationship, but instead they choose to be unprofessional and ungrateful. Here a picture of how nails looked before repair, and a picture of how they looked after. I am sure not all technicians are like that... but they two that did my nails weren't into it.

Decent nail salon in Lincoln Park. Personally I just get pedicures so I can’t attest to the rest of their services but they do just fine. Nothing special- just your typical nail salon
