I brought a rug in to be cleaned that cost me $100 to purchase. The owner was VERY clear I would get a phone call with an estimate. Finally 3 weeks later I stop in and the rug is there, cleaned. For $180?! I can just buy a new rug. NO ONE has called me. This is horrible horrible business. All I get is the run around by the support staff. Do right by your customers. Look at all of these terrible reviews. You’ll go out of business soon if you don’t do right by your customers.Service: Carpet & rug cleaning

I recently had a drapery panel cleaned by Soo Customers Cleaners. I had seen their delivery van in my neighborhood and noticed that their services included drapery cleaning. I contacted them and a lady named Catherine answered all of my questions. They picked them up and contacted me with an estimate. Catherine also called me to let me know where the drapery was in processing time. The panel arrived this morning as promised. I just hung it up and it is beautiful. There was some staining on the bottom which was completely treated. The pleats are perfectly set. I have to say the panel looks better today than when I purchased it! There is no hesitation in my mind about using Soo Custom Cleaners again. Their service was prompt, Catherine kept me advised of the progress and the drapery panel looks great. A job well done!

I brought a pair of uniform pants ( Woman ) to Soo Cleaners to have a zipper replaced. They were an extra pair so I did not notice at the time but when I tried to use pants I found that they replaced the zipper with a pull tab big enough for a Man’s winter ski jacket. The pants could not be worn.When I brought the pants back I spoke to a woman named Catherine. She said she would not correct their mistake because they couldn’t possibly have done the work. They checked their computer and found that the work had been done by them.
