I’ve had a hard time finding a chiropractor that accepts Cigna insurance, and he does. Dr. Rugg is very professional, friendly, and personable. He made me feel comfortable right away and the care felt thorough without being ruAfter my adjustment, his masseuse did an excellent job working out the muscles that were still tight, which made a huge difference.
