Do not and I repeat do not sleep on this place! Best haircut I received from a barber in years. Friendly staff and the vibe of the place is nostalgic. Super easy to get in as well. Smitty is the goat! Got me looking right! Would recommend to anyone who is needing a good cut for a great price with great timing!

I went to a barber at this location named Ricardo, and he gave me great advice on my hair. I was losing hair at the back of my head, due to wearing hats, and he told me to brush my hair more, because my hair wasn't getting enough oxygen. Since then I've worn hats less, and brushed more. Im now seeing my hair grow back. I remembered back when i was in high school that i didn't wear hats, but brushed a lot; resulting in thick wavy hair. Ricardo can be reached at 773-563-0844, and does travel. From Sheridan to Clark St; Rogers Park to the border of Uptown. If you're looking for a great barber that cuts African American hair/fades, this is the better location, and parking isn't an issue. Park in the neighborhood. My only little complaint is this shop is tiny, and compact, so go when it isn't cowded. Better yet, call in advance. Enjoy!
