An overall very negative experience. I scheduled my annual physical at 10am with Elaine in the Munster location.- when I arrived on time, the clinic door was locked. People came in and unlocked the front door but did not have the key to get inside the office. The clerk climbed through the window and opened the door from inside.- the front desk clerk had a live lizard on her shoulder all along, regardless patient might come in with condition not fit for close contact with animals.- the annual physical went through pretty quick, with the doctor checked my blood pressure and just discussions. I been here only two years and already not happy with the uncourteous service that I receive here. The son Dr. Steven Smith hS refused to see me at all when his father is not there or is out of town including his wife but cool, I do not need any contact with a person who is not professionally inclined as a doctor to take personal issues with me, that is their problem, this is business. The father (DrSteven Smith, Sr) is good at what he does when you can catch up with him in the office, which is not that often and his assistance Bernadette us about as dumb as two flies in a bag. Very unpleasant experience the front desk and doctors were not helpful or concerned at all. This is after trying to set an appointment for several weeks leaving messages and getting no response… horrible
