I called Sam the afternoon we discovered a frozen pipe had burst and flooded our commercial office space (about 1,000 sq. ft.). He stoped by that evening and reviewed what needed to be done so his crew could come in the next morning and begin to work. He came with the crew the next morning to remove the carpets, wood molding and bottom 1.5 feet of drywall that were saturated by the flooding and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the place out. When it comes to fire and water damage restoration, nobody does it better in the greater Chicagoland area than Sam and his team. It struck me that Sam is a great leader and good boss, all while maintaining excellent service. He was also very accommodative to my schedule, was well prepared, and showed up on time. Sam picked up a restoration project on my kitchen turned nightmare by another contractor company, Sam proactively identified and resolved a series of issues and carried out the rest of the project to completion.Overall very talented, efficient, and trustworthy crew and excellent customer service, I'm very happy with the end result and would totally recommend it.
