My dad needed additional care at his memory care unit after a hospital stay. Senior helpers, specifically Pauline, was extremely professional and knowledgeable in finding him the care he needed. She came to the hospital as well as met us at his memory care when he was transported home. Their staff worked well with the staff at his facility and the communication of his care was excellent. Taking care of our elderly parents is extremely stressful and scary but Senior Helpers understands that and works hard to ease some of that anxiety.
Pauline Johnson is so wonderful to work with while providing services to our patients returning home from a SNF. Senior helpers of Chicago is very affordable. This makes the conversation easier when recommending care giver services to patients. Our facility will continue to recommend Senior Helpers of Chicago to service patients.
