I have been hiring Semmer Landscape for our commercial retail properties for the last 5 years. They are a 2 in 1 package in that they offer both landscaping needs as well as snow removal for the winter season. They do a great job and are very honest with their pricing. This was the first year that we worked with Semmer Landscape for the snow removal at our condo complex. We have a 3 floor garage that is open on the top floor. It has pretty small doors and is not the easiest to get a large truck to clear snow up to the third floor.Long story short, we had a bit of a issue with Semmer, but their owner handled the situation quickly and correctly. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how the problems are handled after the mistake this is important to me.The owner was quick to respond with the appropriate response. There was no debate or push back.
