This class is awesome for children and adults who want to learn self-defense, mixed martial arts, fitness techniques, calisthenics and more. Master is very skilled and knowledgeable with many decades of experience and practice. I would highly recommend this class for any individual interested in becoming more flexible, stronger, and at peace with yourself.

I enrolled my two kids here and I highly recommend it. The training fee is affordable since I have a discounted rate for 2 kids. Each has three training sessions a week total 3hrs a week. It’s really a good physical and mental development which make my kids busy all the time, a sense of confidence, focused and school grades have improved. It's a great way to channel and direct their energies toward something positive that computer games cannot build overtime.

It's been a month since I started going here. It's everything I wanted. The trainer knows what he's doing, and the classes are a good mix of cardio, stretching and self defense techniques. I love it and I'm definitely continuing this.
