The very best every time. Kate is so knowledgeable, patient and fantastic at what she does. Truly walk out feeling better every time. She’s been able to help me have better periods, which is a legit miracle. And I love going for a treatment when I just wanna do something restorative and nice for myself and my body. Since I know she can support all the things going on, from sleep to stress to digestion. Acu is the best. And Kate is the best of the best.

Was quite nervous first time. Kate took extra time and care, explained everything clearly, and gently. Gave me advise on areas i could help myself to heal. Was wonderful experience, have gone back 2x more. Calming serene beautiful space, with attentive and complete care. What a great place, with relaxing and healing results. Scott K.

My treatment sessions with Kate have been tremendously helpful in managing stress and anxiety. I have been receiving acupuncture/cupping therapy with Kate for 7 months and it has made a huge difference. Kate is a knowledgeable practitioner, her sessions are calming and she really listens. I feel like a new person after every session, whether it is an individual or a community session. The space is peaceful and calming with beautiful music. I highly recommend Kate, she is amazing.
