Hey William, I understand I left a rotten review two years ago, instead of being petty and sending me a "compliment" saying I'm a miserable unhappy person. Maybe you could have just apologized and would have taken the review down. Sad that you're a middle aged man coming at your clients where you left bad taste in their mouths. How unprofessional to send that to someone - I am not miserable and took no joy in writing that review. You gave me the run around and treated me so rudely. Your immature and disrespectful remark you just sent me confirms that. I wish you nothing but the best and hope you find inner peace.

I don't know how they schedule things. They stood us up on Wednesday, said we need to reschedule on Friday. That's fine. The owner asked if I wanna do 12 or 2pm on Friday through text. I said 2pm. Through text. And the owner called us on Friday around 11am, blaming us missed the appointment at 11am. And there will be another client at 2pm. Told us to go to gaslight other salon. When did we even talk about 11am? I didn't notice on the phone call cuz I just woke up not for so long. It's a mess. And they tried to blame us.

THE RUDEST WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER MEET. Doesnt care what their customer wants, they just wanna do whatever they wanna do. Doesnt have much experience, wasnt sure what they were doing and then after cutting 5 inches strand of hair, GAVE UP. Saying i cant do it. Wasnt even able to properly clip my hairs, doesnt know a sh*t. Literally made me wait half an hour even tho i had the appointment to leave my hairs in middle. Professionalism?? Nope experience? Nope Rude? YUP
