I love this spot! It's a clean, inviting space, and everyone here is great to work with. Dennis, Madeline, Katie, Joe, and Jess make the experience fun, and are very knowledgeable about fitness.
If you're looking for a gym with a bunch of machines....this ain't it. Go to Xsport for that BS. This place is all about functional fitness with actual weights. I've been training with Dennis for a couple of years now, and I can see and feel the results. They also offer a variety of classes throughout the day, so you can choose your own adventure. Check this spot out!
Great place to learn and excel at CrossFit. The staff and all the members are really friendly. I chose this over a very expensive high end gym that's in the area and I'm very happy.
Great environment and community. Coaches are great at assisting you no matter your fitness level. Classes are challenging but scalable to meet whatever your goals are and they have options for CrossFit or general fitness. Would recommend to anyone at any fitness level!
