When I have gone there I have had a good experience- but trying to make an appointment is a nightmare. I called three different times and their "answering service" told me they were not accepting messages so I would need to speak to them directly. When I asked to do so, they said calls get routed to them. So in order to make an appointment I am just supposed to keep calling back. Ridiculous in today's day and age.

Firstly, the Dr I saw for my exam just a few months ago left which was disappointing. I ordered my glasses and they broke after a week. The office did replace them and they broke again-Ive been wearing glasses 30years, I am not careless.Thinking they may have been a defective batch.Went in and the manager was rude and dismissive she said she would give me the same frames for $85 But I told her the old frames I bought less than a month ago were $69, she said the prices went up!! Really??!!Now I lost out on money I could have put towards a decent pair at ****** or elsewhere.That place is weird and nor me or my family will be going back.

No Matter when I have gone in to either ask a question about a prescription, make an appointment or inquire about anything there is always extreme pushback from the receptionist. It is extremely disheartening to seek out a smaller clinic for choice care and then for them to be worse than the big business. If I can’t even inquire about a prescription without immediate shut down it’s very unlikely that I will continue to be a patient. Hope we can just take a little more time to listen to patients. This is our vision after all.
