Ever since working with Maya, I have become so much more aware and knowledgeable about how to help my body get the best nourishment. I was fortunate enough to find Maya through my girlfriend who had tremendous success with her. Maya has an extraordinary amount of nutritional information and she is very enjoyable to work with (she never makes you feel badly when you have an off day bc she’s know we’re all human). She has developed a really slick Mobile App that makes it easy to communicate, but also tracks your food, exercise, and weight. Maya was most supportive in helping me alter my diet to more healthy substitutes for the things that I enjoy. I would highly recommend May to anyone who is looking to improving their eating habits.
