We retained RightFIt Personal Training and Personal Trainer Miguel to assist my mom with gaining strength, balance and flexibility. We have been able to see a significant improvement since her start date.
I can't say enough about this wonderful business. I was provided with a terrific trainer who is also a very nice person but unfortunately, after a while, a medical problem she had caused her to have to discontinue with me. I then started with another wonderful trainer who also is a really, really nice guy. Both of these people kept my 89 year old body functioning as if I am a whole lot younger!!!
I loved everything about my experience with « Rightfifpersonaltraining ».I was rapidly called back, listened to very kindly. The trainer who came to me, Kasi, is professional, open minded and efficient. It is a perfect fit!!!
