Rid Alert currently services our apartment building portfolio. We had previously contracted with a national pest control chain. We were not happy with the service and the results. We found a partnership with Rid Alert. They are assisting us in getting our rodent and bed bug challenges under control. We highly recommend this customer service focused company for all your pest control needs.

great local store for pest control and home needs. i bought a probiotic liquid drain that is extremely effective, no more unpleasant smells coming out of my basement drain. i just heard they have a website so i'll be buying some more soon. Candace, the owner, is very nice and knowledgeable about the products.
