Highly recommend to help get on a healthy path. Kerry is very knowledgeable & has great products. I'm addicted to the infrared sauna, unlimited monthy package is the way to go. Going through the cleanse & feeling awesome & lighter!. The skin treatment left my face feeling smoother & looking more healthy & younger.

I visited Return to Youth spa for their Far Infra Red Sauna. Kerry, the very knowledgeable and personable owner couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the benefits of using the sauna. The sauna itself is an amazing experience and unlike a traditional sauna in that the sauna's infrared rays painlessly penetrate the skin providing healing and relaxation. Sauna sessions are available in either a 20 or 30 minute duration. You can't go wrong with either duration, as both will leave you feeling rejuvenated and invigorated.
