Truly a very kind & professional technician. Couldn’t recommend his help more. Made an on-site visit to fix my PC that I thought I had to replace but was able to repair it under 45 minutes! Saved me a lot of money & the tune up helped it run even better than before!

I dropped my laptop and didn’t realize until I was out of the house that it had hit the corner and warped the metal around the power button. I was pretty panicked when I realized I couldn’t turn it on at all! I called the number for Rigoberto’s shop after finding the place on Google maps. He called me back and I was able to drop my laptop off before he left for the evening. He helped me find the most economical solution to fix the problem without replacing the whole metal frame and kept me updated on the process. It was such a relief to pick up my laptop and see it turn on again! I haven’t had any issues since.
