This place is great! I got the VIP pedicure with my BFF for her birthday a couple weeks back and this is my new spot now. Prices are fair, the pedicurists did a great job, they serve coffee, tea, or water for free and they pay attention to what they're doing. Place is clean and service is excellent. Plus, the place is really cute and the massage chairs are bomb.

Me and my mom stopped by earlier today to see if they would be able to fix our chipped and broken nails. Cindy was wonderful and got us booked for later that day. Cindy and Erika stayed late to do our nails and did such an amazing job! Made our girls weekend to Chicago even better! I would totally recommend this place to anyone living here or just passing through! We’d come back every time if we lived closer.

In Chicago for the weekend, why not get a manicure. Location of this spa was great. Very neat and warm on the inside as well. Had a manicure, followed by a bikini wax. Quite a combination. I actually enjoyed my bikini wax more than I did my manicure. The lady who gave me a wax job was phenomenal. Great customer service yet efficient. I'm not looking for an in depth conversation while having a personal touch taking care of, but great customer service and communication goes a long way. In the other hand, my manicurist lacked in customer service, communication or skill. I mean no communication what so ever. The manicurist, I will assume, had a bad day and decided not to talk to me at all. She got annoyed when I disliked the style and told me she was not able to free style a drawing on one finger. Luckily for her, I had friends with me who where having a better experience so I decided not to end the session right then and there. 4 stars for the experience of my acquantance and the personal wax job. 1 star for the manicurist.
