Reeder recently replaced a 23 yr old HVAC unit in our row home. All I have to say is - top notch. We did our homework and had 2 other private company quotes as well as Home Depot (for comparison); Reeder was right in line with all of them on price (if not a bit less) with unmatched customer service from Gene, the owner. Professional, honest, picks up your calls, follows-up, you name it. We had to special order our AC unit to go in a unique space and Gene was attentive, clearly offering out options -- when the other companies were much less detailed about it. Our HVAC is installed now after a days worth of service (with 3 guys here, and on top). Don't bother with others -- just make your lives easier and go with them.

I am the president of a condominium association. When I discovered one of our hot water storage tanks had sprung a leak I reached out to Reeder and they immediately came out to assess the situation. They quoted us a price and after a couple more companies came out, they turned out to be significantly less expensive! And to make matters even better, they obtained the tank, ordered all the parts and had 3 guys out here 48 hours later! The amount and quality of the work they did during the installation was top notch and as an added bonus....the hot water works better than ever in the building and I have a very happy group of people there. Thanks so much guys I (and the building) greatly appreciate everything you did for us! Highly recommended!!!

Don't look elsewhere for HVAC providers! Immediate availability and highly competent, friendly technicians who educate the customer so that they can better understand the importance of maintenance care. Phone receptionists are wonderful too, helping to triage questions and concerns. Pricing is highly competitive and fair. The company is very respectful of the customer's time and gives up front, transparent financial estimates. Special shout out to Mike G who always arrives at the beginning of the service window, efficiently does his work and cleans up afterwards. His detailed summary explanation of the work performed is always appreciated. Very grateful for such an all around professional organization. Thank you!
