Guys, this is terrible, if I could give it less than zero, I would. Terrible attitude towards residents, requests for breakdowns take months to process, midges in the apartment, doors don’t open well and others!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They took over my apt complex and the new staff is even more rude and inept than the old company. I sat in the lobby for 20 mins while two grown adults stood together inputting a new hire’s social security number on a computer and then was called rude by Andrea P. and told they wouldn’t answer my question (about my rent being raised $200/month) because I asked one of them to help me. I’ve been waiting WEEKS for maintenance requests to be fulfilled and MONTHS (since February) for another request to even be acknowledged.Was told on a flyer that if I renew by Sunday I get a CHANCE to get $1000 off my first month rent... read full review

This company owns Eleven85 Apartment complex in Atlanta, GA. I moved out 6 months ago and I still haven't received my security deposit back. Leasing office managers keep changing, and the last one claimed that she received confirmation from the corporate office that they sent the check twice. But I have never received it. I even agreed to come and pick up the check from the leasing office, but since then the leasing office manager has been ignoring my emails and phone call. I was hoping to resolve this issue without taking it to the court, but obviously the company is not interested in returning my money. Their lack of professionalism leaves me speechless.
