I go here all the time - excellent sauna facilities, very casual atmosphere. Wet sauna, dry sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub. Also my preferred location for massages, they're much better & cheaper compared to other massage businesses in the area.
A quiet & private spa for re-setting your mind & body. I’m a former athlete and my body gets creaky and stiff during the cold weather months. During the pandemic when gyms were closed, I found this wonderful place in the heart of the city, in trendy Wicker Park.
The staff is courteous and you are allowed to stay until the establishment closes for the day. For all day access(if you choose) the $35 cost is a relative value. You can recline, take naps, go upstairs to eat, watch TV and RELAX. Didn’t try the food but I hear it’s fire and professional athletes patronize regularly, so you know the equipment/facility is of quality.
The best. I come here once a week. It has helped me so much with my chronic pain post a botched shoulder surgery @ rush w/ Dr verma. Hottest sauna, coldest plunge, and best food around
