“The S&K Assembly and Renovation is an excellent company for completing construction projects. Shaquille, the Superintendent, worked with me to develop a work schedule based on my needs to remodel my basement. This included installing a new electrical box, installing new electrical outlets, and fixtures with separate switches, installing paneling, painting the laundry room celling, installing a drop celling, painting the basement floor, walls and the basement stairwell, and installing a new gas line with two shutoffs for separate appliances, with one appliance having its own access panel. After every workday, the workers cleaned their work areas to include taking garbage to the alley. The workers never stayed in the house if I had to leave the premises. They always asked if their work was how I needed it done. In addition, they would ask me if I had additional work for them to do. The Supervisor of the work crew was Jeff Ruiz. Jeff and Sabastien Villa worked the project from start to finish. Jeff at times added more personnel to the project as the workplan or current situation dictated. Mr. Ruiz's extensive knowledge in all areas of construction along with his supervisory experiences working with people made the project flow effortlessly to completing on time. Additional comment about Mr. Ruiz is he is creative in doing his work to accomplish what I needed done. Furthermore, he is dependable, a Man of His Word. I recommend S&K Assembly and Renovation for any type of construction work.“
