This has been my dry cleaner for years. For the value, you can't beat the price. However, they're also frustrating to deal with. They never open on time (read: ever). This was not an issue in the past; now, I try to drop/pick-up my stuff before work at 7:45, even 8:00am, and no one is there. I brought it to a managers attention and it was never resolved, which is why I'm leaving this review. They need to do better. Less of an issue, yet a few staff have some rough edges. A younger guy borderline yelled at me, 'you pay', a few times, while I was literally extending my debit card out to him. It may just be that the team is overworked. Excellent service, excellent business. I am happy to have it near my home. This small family owned cleaners gives great attention to attend your specials needs. Quality Dry Cleaners has not only a friendly team- as friendly as making you feel part of their family-but a well prepared one too. I am happy to have found a great cleaners with great customer service.
