I have been going here for a few years now and have been treated with such warm hospitality and professionalism. The office is clean, wellmanaged and the tax preparer is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about new tax laws and changes. I have nothing but positive feedback on my experiences over the year’s. Customers can also enjoy coffee, tea and / or light refreshments while having their taxes prepared.

My family/friends have known Joann Pittman-Woodard at Q&P Tax Service for many years from religious service. It was natural to support and get a consultation from a black-owned religious professional, but that was that an extremely bad and time-consuming experience that still haunts me today with the IRS.
On or around July 28, 2020, I was referred and reached out to Joann W. to chat and schedule an appointment. She accepted and openly stated that she would confidently prepare my taxes as a result of saving (money/time), and getting back a refund, even if I had not filed the prior year before.
