PV Construction has been a joy to work with. If I could give them 6 or even 7 stars, I absolutely would. They exceeded my expectations in every regard. They are quick to provide detailed quotes, which not only break the work down into clear tasks that I can inquire about but also include the rates that might be charged for additional materials needed in case the scope of the project changes based on unforeseeable circumstances (in my case wood for a roof repair) which helped me budget for the worst case scenario. They were very honest with these rates- they stuck exactly to what they said the prices would be, and even waved a few extra charges. (Also, each time they discovered the need for an additional charge they asked us if we wanted to proceed before doing the work.) Since they have built houses from the ground up, it seems to me there are no projects that they are inexperienced at. Their ability to schedule subcontractors at exactly the right times is frankly uncanny. They have been communicative about the timing of the projects we hired them for. They completed the work extremely quickly. They were even careful not to hurt the vegetable garden while completing the roof work- not something I expected at all! They are also extremely friendly. PV Construction is definitely my first choice for building repair work, and I highly recommend them to anyone getting major building repairs done.

They did a fantastic job remodeling and painting an old porch I had. Were punctual and did it all for a fair price, if I ever need any other type of construction help around my property I will definitely be coming back to them!
