If I could give them 6 stars I would. I first went to Proper Balance with severe shoulder pain, which I attributed to an injury I incurred weightlifting. I was unable to lift my arm much above parallel with the floor without significant pain. They did a full diagnostic and found that in fact I had years of damage in my shoulder from repetitive stress. My daughter has had a wonderful experience at Proper Balance. The PT and exercises they offered her have really enhanced her flexibility as a dancer. The massages are very intense because of her needs, but they're effective, and the therapist is exceptional. The adjustments are gentle. We would not hesitate to return for additional needs.
