Went above and beyond! ProCare came out in person to give me an estimate with the exact (laser measured) square footage of my wood space. All other places I contacted me just asked for the square footage of my whole floor, which would have included non-wood parts. They came out on time every day, were very professional, finished in the time they said they would. Most importantly, the finished product was AMAZING, I couldn't be happier with my floors. When I even found a single hair sealed into the wood in one tiny part of the 1,000 sq ft they renovated, I called them and they had someone out the next morning to refinish that one section, OUTSTANDING customer service. I would definitely recommend to friends.
ProCare went above and beyond to help out with a leak in my attic. I spoke to a woman on the phone who was very proactive and helpful in finding someone to come out and take a look at the issue. Very trustworthy and would definitely recommend their services.
Great customer service and office staff! I recently purchased a home and wanted new hardwood floors throughout the house, the job ProCare Restoration did was amazing! They worked with me to find the best pricing and helped me pick the best flooring. The front office staff went above and beyond with helping me decide what colors I wanted! Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend them!
