It makea me so upset that after being here for sooooo many years and Dr Jim Christoforidis is such an AMAMZING person and Physician, that his staff, for lack of a better phrase, falls sooo short of his traits!
Marianne Holmer was who I saw. She was attentive, well while in your face but when I emailed her about some medication andother issues she left out I didn't get a response. It's been over a week. I will be going somewhere else for care. Only takes 1 time for me to know I'm just and insurance check.
I went to establish care with a doctor I handpicked. Primecare confirmed the appointment and it should have been easy an breezy, but instead they paired me with another doctor. I've visited there twice since September and I have to say, the clinic is awful. There just seems to always be a rush and no one except the Lab Techs (blood draws, etc) seem to take their time. Don't get me wrong, the clinicians may be efficient and whatnot... But it always feels like they are inhaling some kinda accelerant... Because they sure don't take the time to double check their work. I had to request my reassigned PCP to get a Lipids & A1C panel done - despite me telling them that my family has a history of diabetes. Any other doctor would have suggested keeping a close eye on this (just because of increased risk), but nope. My doctor (Dr. Love) just took my Blood Pressure and deemed me as healthy. There's a whole bunch of other things I could say about them. But I'm concerned to keep this health system as my PCP. They seem to be taking shortcuts all the time. Plus, good luck trying to call-in for an appointment!
